If you’re not happy with your purchase, return it for a full refund.

Return policy is only good for 14 days after delivery. After that unfortunately we can’t offer a return or exchange.

Returns are only accepted on our “Popular Designs” or “Ready to Buy” items, not on custom items you design.

Items must be unworn and unwashed in a new condition.

Returns are not accepted for products that you design using our online designer, if the mistake is ours in fulfilling your order, we will of course redo the order correctly.

Please check sizes carefully before you order on each product’s page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or Paypal account, within a few days. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@printityours.com and send your item to either our USA or Thailand address, whichever is closer to you.

Trackable shipping is suggested for all returns and you are responsible for lost packages that you ship. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for international taxes or customs fees.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
