Sending us files

You must own the license for any images you submit. Images you find on Google, Pinterest or other sites usually do not include any license to print and may require a purchase.
We will attempt to purchase licenses from sites you send us to make your product following all laws. The cost is usually lower than if you buy it direct.
This could add additional time to your order and additional fees.
Purchased files by us can not be transferred or sent to you.

Changing Your Order

There are many steps in cutting, printing and manufacturing fabrics.
Once your order is confirmed and started, any changes will delay your order and may increase prices.


Most orders come with a mock up before we make the actual product. You are allowed to make minor changes to perfect it. The number of revisions varies but is usually 2-3 major changes. Additional major revisions (such as changing the background pattern) cost $15.

Returns Not Accepted

All orders are custom made and printed on demand after you order.
We are unable to make any refunds for any reason, including if you choose wrong sizes or missed deadlines.

We will do everything we can to meet deadlines stated, but they are not guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


All deliveries are arranged with 3rd parties. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Use our delivery options at your own risk or schedule your own.
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages in shipping.
We do not provide any refunds due to delays in shipping for any reason.
If you do not provide a correct address and working phone number your order will be delayed.
Shipping costs have dramatically risen since February 2020 and are prone to delays and higher prices.
Tracking numbers are provided when we ship by email.
You are responsible for international taxes or customs fees.


All orders are inspected before shipping and defects rarely happen.
If there is a defect in the product please contact us within 7 days.
If you need an exchange it will be for the EXACT SAME item. You will need to send your item to either our USA or Thailand address, whichever is closer to you.
Track-able shipping is suggested for all returns and you are responsible for lost packages that you ship.
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
